EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If 14 days have passed since our purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases where the return deadline is exceeded, please contact us by e-mail - we will try to offer a satisfactory solution.
In order to return/exchange goods, the goods must not show any signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them. Must have tags. Goods with a detached tag or attached with a non-original tag will not be accepted. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with the completed returns form.
RETURN
To make a return, please complete the return form and attach it to the shipment. If you cannot print the form, please write down the necessary information manually on a piece of paper.

If we accept your return, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided.
We reserve 14 days to process the return.

To facilitate the return process, we can arrange a courier to collect your parcel. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund for the goods.
We do not collect parcels from parcel lockers or collection points.
