  1. f) processed in a way that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures ("integrity and confidentiality").

  1. HOW DO WE OBTAIN THE DATA WE PROCESS?

We collect data directly from you when you agree to use the newsletter service, register as an E-store User and place an order. You can also provide us with your data when you contact the Administrator yourself, e.g. to obtain information.

  1. WHAT CATEGORIES OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The scope of data we process depends on the service you use.

If you only use the newsletter, we process your e-mail address.

If you register as an E-Store User, the scope of data we ask you for depends on whether you are a consumer, an entrepreneur - a person running a business, or you represent a legal person.

If you are a consumer, please provide your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

If you act as an entrepreneur or represent a legal person, we will also ask you to provide your tax identification number (NIP) and contact details appropriate to the form of your business (respectively: legal name of the sole proprietorship or legal person, registered office address).

  1. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?

We process your data primarily because it is necessary to provide the service you are interested in: newsletter subscription, registration of a User account, placing an order in the E-Store.

The main basis for the processing of personal data is your consent. This is voluntary but necessary to initiate the appropriate service.

In particular, your personal data is necessary for activities such as concluding a contract (which occurs as a result of placing an order), sending the ordered goods or issuing an invoice. We may also process personal data in order to contact you in connection with the execution of the order and in connection with handling the process of any complaint.

After concluding the contract, we may process your data, the processing of which is necessary to perform the contract or to take action at your request, reported before concluding the contract.

If you give additional consent by checking the appropriate box in the registration form, we may also process your personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. to inform you about new products, services and promotions offered by the Administrator.

If you give additional consent by checking the appropriate box in the registration form, we may also process your data for the purpose of profiling the presented and transmitted marketing content and automatically proposing solutions tailored to the User's individual needs.

If you give this consent, your personal data will also be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. This processing is carried out through the automatic use of data collected via the IP address, cookies, Google Analytics and data sent automatically by your web browser in order to best adapt the presented and transmitted content to your needs and facilitate navigation on the website (e.g. automatic completion data in form fields on the website).

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@the-bloo.com

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data necessary to provide a given service for which your consent is required, we will not be able to provide that service.

We may also process your data due to our legitimate interest (e.g. defense against claims), as well as when processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator, e.g. resulting from tax regulations.

  1. COOKIES

The website www.the-bloo.com uses cookies.

Cookies are generally not personal data, but some information stored in cookies (e.g. preferences), especially in combination with other information about the website user, may be treated as personal data. Such personal data may be processed on the basis of your consent to automatically propose the solutions referred to above.

Details regarding cookies can be found in the COOKIES POLICY.

  1. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Personal data provided by you after completing the order may be stored for the time necessary to process and settle the completed order, provide services related to account management (in the case of registration on the website) and provide the ordered marketing information. Withdrawing consent to data processing or submitting an effective objection means that we will no longer process your data to the extent covered by the withdrawn consent or effective objection.

We may store your personal data until the limitation period for any claims related to the selected service expires.

  1. DATA RECIPIENTS

As a rule, we do not transfer your personal data to third parties. However, we can do this if we conclude an agreement with a given entity to entrust the processing of personal data. Before we do this, we must make sure that the entity guarantees compliance with all data processing security requirements. We may also transfer your personal data to entities cooperating with us (e.g. law firms) if it is necessary in connection with our legitimate interest, e.g. in the scope of pursuing claims or defending against claims. We may also transfer your data to the competent state authority if requested by the authority, acting on the basis of applicable law.

In order to complete the order, data may also be transferred to entities providing delivery services to us and entities maintaining the IT systems we use (e.g. those administering our website). The data provided will be used only to process your order or provide you with marketing information - if you have agreed to receive it.
